Need to take a break? Our membership freeze policy allows you to pause your membership for vacations, illnesses, or other temporary needs. Simply complete the form below, and we’ll handle the rest. Freeze requests must be submitted at least 10 days in advance of your next billing date.
Freezes may last up to 2 billing cycles (60 days) and are subject to approval.
During the freeze period, no access to classes, facilities, or benefits is permitted unless otherwise specified.
While your membership is on freeze, you will be billed a $15 freeze fee rather than your regular contracted price. This fee may be waived for medical/military reasons. If this applies to you, please contact our support team for further details before filling out this form to freeze your membership, as there may be documents you will need to provide to waive this fee.
