We provide state-of-the-art equipment, diverse games, and passionate staff to help gamers connect, compete, improve their skills, and explore gaming career opportunities. Our mission is to make gaming accessible for all, especially for kids who might not otherwise have access.

What are your business hours?We’re open six days a week with flexible hours to fit your gamer’s schedule. Plus, we offer special hours for spring break camps and events! We are available for field trips during school hours, between 9am and 3pm. Regular Hours: Monday – Thursday: 3 PM – 10 PM Friday: 3 PM – 12 AM Saturday: 11 AM – 12 AM Sunday: Closed Check our event calendar for extended hours during special programs!

What are the class hours?Classes begin April 7, 2025! We offer classes for grades 4-7 and 8-12 at convenient times Monday through Friday between 4:00 PM – 7:50 PM and on Saturdays between 11:00 AM – 3:50 PM. Sign up for your gamer's monthly 4, 6, or 8-class pack subscription today!

Where are you located?You can find us at 14414 Detroit Ave., Lakewood, OH, 44107, with our entrance conveniently located on Marlowe Avenue. We’re in the heart of Lakewood, easily accessible for local gamers and visitors. Look for our sign and get ready to step into the ultimate gaming experience!

Parking & TransportationWe offer several convenient parking and transportation options: Parking: A public lot is located behind the building, and street parking is available nearby. Bike Access: Cyclists can use the bike rack in the public lot. Public Transit: The RTA 26-26A bus stops directly in front of our lounge for an easy commute. No matter how you get here, we’ve got you covered!

What are the lounge policies?Our lounge policies ensure a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable experience for all members and guests. Here’s what you need to know: Respect & Sportsmanship – Kindness, fair play, and mutual respect are expected at all times. Bullying, harassment, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Safety First – Our staff is trained for emergencies, and we maintain a secure, welcoming environment for gamers of all ages. Membership & Bookings – Lounge access requires a membership or pass. Party rentals and events require a 50% deposit at booking. Equipment Use – Treat our gaming stations and equipment with care. Guests are responsible for damages caused by misuse. How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
